David is one of 60 Level 2 Certified Consultants for AQ, one of 48 Certified Personal Change Management Consultants for Scared So What, and one of 200 active alumni of the Oxford Scenarios Programme. 

He has an extensive technical           background (FCCA, MBCS, MAPM, SIRM, MCMI) and has led teams to deliver major change in the private, public and third sectors. 

              His recent clients include McKinsey, BCG, Oliver Wyman, Kearney,  part of UK central govt, UNIDO and Mars Inc.

Hazel Santineer (Data Specialist)

     Hazel is a Maths Graduate of                Loughborough University. 

She specializes in data analysis and mathematical modelling for AdaptableMe. 

      

Alvaro Bravo Cole (Lead Consultant)

Alvaro is an accomplished Consultant and researcher in the use of Innovation, Creativity and Design Thinking for individual, team and organization transformation. 

        He has lectured in notable                universities on four continents and has recently been a consultant on major sustainability projects              (circular economy), in the Sahara, the Americas, and Europe. 

 Alvaro brings specific expertise on Innovation in Times of Crisis. 

He is completing a PhD on this topic at the University of London.
